Ann's classes are open
to beginners and continuing practitioners. The class intent is to
inspire, educate and transform you in a compassionate and supportive
atmosphere. As you develop a heightened sense of awareness, by
working through physically and mentally challenging poses, and pranayama
- breath work, you will gain self confidence and the ability to release
your habitually tight areas, such as the neck and the back. With
committed intention, you will learn to bring more energy and aliveness
into your body /mind and transfer that energy from your yoga mat to your
daily life.
Ann became a Boustany
Yoga certified instructor in 2000. In 2004 she completed the
Forrest Yoga certification. She continues to study with Ana
Forrest and has taken 2 advanced teacher trainings and is now a Forrest
