Justine has been breathing yoga for the past seven years. Her background
as a dancer, gymnast and teacher imbue her classes with a strong sense of
balance and feeling. Through her yoga practice, she has become dedicated
to the development of core strength and inner peace. Justine has studied
Forrest Yoga for the past four years, including two years at the Forrest
Yoga Circle in Santa Monica. Justine is a proud student of Ana Forrest,
Jonathan Bowra, Heather Onori and Robert Boustany. Justine’s students and
other instructors continue to be a source of inspiration for the evolution
of her personal practice and her teaching. Justine teaches from her heart
providing individual attention to each student as well as guiding the
whole class in an inspirational, transformational and healing way. |

options provided for beginning and advanced students. Forrest Yoga uses
intense pose sequences. compassionately taught, to develop skills in
