Rosanne McDonald

Rosanne has studied and practiced various disciplines of yoga since 2000. She has completed teacher training programs with Robert Boustany (2005) and Ana Forrest (2006) and is currently studying Restorative/Recovery Yoga with Julie Byrd.

Her ongoing explorations in breath, energy work, yoga and meditation have facilitated her evolution and understanding of yoga as a path of healing.

Rosanne’s belief is that one can heal the spirit through the body and discover one’s true nature and path. This journey reveals life’s delicious spice igniting the passion for living.

Class Descriptions

Forrest Yoga Level 1-3
     Strong medium paced class with options provided for beginning and advanced students. Forrest Yoga uses intense pose sequences. compassionately taught, to develop skills in awakening each of the senses.  Forrest Yoga teaches you to bring aliveness, using breath, into every cell of your body.  The pillars of Forrest Yoga are Breath, Strength, Integrity, and Spirit.
